Ask the question the moment you have it. No waiting for the next meeting, no chasing three teams for one number.
Pilot scope: two named users · chat only · nothing read from your Microsoft tenantThe Seeda Agent is a private chat participant in Microsoft Teams, available to two named Inspirations Paint users. It answers questions from the marketing and marketing-mix-modelling data Seeda already manages under our existing engagement: media plans, channel spend, model outputs and project history.
Why does search spend look low this month? Which data feeds the model? What changed since the last review? Answered in seconds, with the source attached.
Each answer shows which data it came from, so insights can be trusted and acted on rather than parked until the next meeting.
Data gaps get spotted the week they happen, not after a model has been built on them.
A monthly internal update from the marketing mix model becomes a five-minute conversation, not an afternoon of assembly.
This is the part IT teams usually want first, so here it is plainly.
The agent does not read mail, files, SharePoint, calendars or meeting content. Its knowledge base is Seeda-side project data, held on Seeda infrastructure.
Answers come from a private server on Google Cloud dedicated to Inspirations Paint. No shared instance. No other client's data can exist on it, by construction.
The agent participates in chat only. It writes nothing into your Microsoft 365 environment.
Disable the account or revoke the app in Microsoft Entra and the agent is gone, immediately and completely.
Both are standard Microsoft mechanisms. Choose whichever fits your policies; either works for us.
| Capability | Option 1 · member account | Option 2 · consented app |
|---|---|---|
| Participate in the pilot Teams chat | Yes, as a normal chat member | Yes, via Chat.ReadWrite (delegated) |
| Manage its own profile (name, photo) | Yes, its own profile only | Yes, via User.ReadWrite (own profile only) |

| Read mail, files, SharePoint, OneDrive | No | No, not requested |
| Read calendars or meeting recordings | No | No, not requested |
| Write anything into Microsoft 365 | No, chat messages only | No, chat messages only |
If the pilot ever expands (for example reading a shared document library), that is a new, separate consent conversation with your IT. Scope never grows silently.
In a dedicated single-customer environment on Google Cloud, operated by Seeda under our existing engagement with Inspirations Paint. It holds only this project's data.
Nothing inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Its knowledge comes entirely from project data Seeda already manages: media plans, model outputs and engagement history.
Questions asked and answers given are kept in the customer's own environment for quality and audit. Your tenant's standard sign-in and audit logs apply to whichever enablement option you choose.
Option 1: disable or delete the account. Option 2: revoke the application in Microsoft Entra. Either takes effect immediately and removes all access.
Any expansion is a new, explicit request to your IT with the specific permissions named. Nothing is ever added under an existing approval.
